2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • This email will include your tracking number(s), which will be active within 24 hours.


3. International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to selected countries.

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

  • Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.


4. Wrong or Incomplete Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
